Holiday Dinner Lettuce Stack

Ingredients:

Iceberg lettuce
Leftover Chicken
Jerk seasoning
Red onion
Sir Kensington’s Avocado Oil Mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Shred leftover chicken and combine with jerk seasoning to change up the flavor profile
  2. Slice iceberg lettuce in half, spread both sides with mayo and load with chicken and sliced onion
